The
Titan-T5 is smallest portable computer
enclosure from the Titan all-aluminum family. It is built to be rugged,
expandable, upgradable and customizable with standard off-the-shelve components.
The T5 are available in two models, a standard MicroATX or a 8slots passive
backplane form factor platform. standard MicroATX motherboards and backplanes
single-board-computer support a wide range of Slot-1 and Socket-370 processors
from Intel and AMD. Providing more processing power than most desktop computers.
The use of Standard Components also increases the product life cycle. Obsolete
Components can be quickly and inexpensively be replaced for the latest in
technology in this fast changing industry. Also reducing maintenance and down
time. Other features of the T5 include up to 4 full length add-in slots; up to 4
drives bays with shock mounted cage; Integrated amplified speakers are
standard. display sizes are 14.1"1024x768 200 NIT and 15.1"
1024x768 high brightness 400 NIT daylight readable; a 104 keys mechanical or weather proofed keyboard with
integrated pointing device; rubber bumper protected corners and more. All of the
ruggedness of an aluminum construction weight only 27lbs. when fully configured.
Available with a number of optional features including DVD/CDRW, Tape backup, Video
Input and Full TV tuner.
Card Retention System
T5 has a double card retention system for double protection that holds
individual add-on cards securely in two points, with an adjustable pressure
mechanism. Now half and full length cards are always in place during transport.
LCD Screen
A 3mm impact resistance glass protects the display from harsh and unfriendly
environments. Display sizes are available in 15.1 and 14.1".
System Cooling
Two intake fans are efficiently placed to draw in fresh air blowing directly at
the add-in cards. The enclosure was designed to allow air to flow through guided
path then draw the warm air out from the exhaust fan in the power supply. The
intake fans have a removable washable filter, which keeps dust and unwanted
particles away from the system.
Power Supply
Power supply is available in several options including standard industrial
strength 300W ATX type for the MicroATX model and a PS-2 type with optional
build-in UPS or AC/DC/Battery standard 1U design powersupply for the passive backplane model.
